Umzugo ("we", "our", or "us") provides a digital platform for moving and item transport services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

- **Location & Address Data:** We process pickup and destination addresses or approximate location data solely to calculate routes, pricing, and facilitate transport bookings.
- **Device & Usage Data:** Basic diagnostic, crash reports, and performance logs to ensure application stability (via Firebase).

We use the collected information to:
- Facilitate and manage moving and transport reservations.
- Enable communication between users and drivers/movers.
- Maintain app security, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations (including GDPR).

Account Deletion Request
Users can delete their account directly within the Umzugo app via Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account.
Alternatively, if you no longer have access to the app, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by sending an email to:

Please provide the email address associated with your Umzugo account. Upon verification, your account, personal details, and past booking logs will be permanently deleted from our database within 30 days, except for financial invoices retained to comply with legal/tax retention laws.
